不丹創新政策--永續森林入憲: 前瞻性森林政策獲得大賞

       

        不丹憲法第五條明訂「每位不丹國民都是自然資源和環境的保管人，以維護當前及未來世代的福祉。」不僅如此，不丹政府努力不懈地維護森林覆蓋率佔全國面積60％以上，不讓經濟發展的追求任意地破壞自然環境。如此前瞻的政策獲得「世界未來委員會」（World Future Council，總部設於德國漢堡之知名國際組織）的肯定，2011年獲提名為全球最具激勵人心、最創新、最富影響力的森林政策。


不丹憲法第五條原文：
“Every Bhutanese is a trustee of the Kingdom’s natural resources and environment for the benefit of present and future generations.”
